Vinification and ageing
The must is obtained through the soft pressing of Glera grapes only. Half of it undergoes an initial fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18° C. (64° F.) while the other half is stored at 0° C. (32° F.) as unfermented must. Later, both halves are blended and transferred into pressurized stainless steel tanks where, using the traditional Charmat method, the wine becomes sparkling.
Colour
Brigh straw colour; a fine, clear mousse with a delicate perlage.
Bouquet
Attractively intense; very fruity and aromatic, with hints of wisteria flowers and Rennet apples.
Flavour
Very well-balanced and appealing, with the extremely delicate almond note that is typical of Glera grapes.
Serving temperature
Serve at 5° – 7° C. (41° – 45° F.).
Food matches
An excellent aperitif, it can also be served throughout the meal – including dessert – as long as the dishes are not too strongly flavored.

Vinification
The manually harvested grapes are pressed very delicately in order to avoid the skin colour being transferred to the must. After fermentation at controlled temperatures, a straw-coloured wine is obtained that is then converted to sparkling wine with the Charmat method.

Intense, harmonic with delightful fruity hints.
Palate
Courteously dry, fragrant, fresh and full.
