Aperosso Spritz is more than just a drink – it’s a ritual, a symbol of easy living and socializing at sunset. Born in northern Italy during the 19th century, the Spritz originated when Austrian soldiers began diluting local wines with water.
It later evolved into what we now know as the Aperosso Spritz: the perfect blend of Aperol, Prosecco, and soda water – all served in a glass filled with ice and garnished with a slice of orange.
