About Patriarch

Patriarche is a renowned French wine house founded in 1780 in Beaune, in the Burgundy region, which is known for its exceptional wines. Although it is best known for its still wines, particularly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Patriarche also produces sparkling wines classified as Crémant de Bourgogne – an elegant alternative to Champagne.

The tradition of Crémants de Bourgogne dates back to the early 19th century in Burgundy.
As a successor to this knowledge and expertise, Patriarche produces sparkling wines that draw on the full craftsmanship and creativity of the company.

Selection, blending, fermentation, carbonation, sugar dosing, and filtration are just some of the steps through which the quality of the product is developed.
